💼 About the Role
As a QA Officer, you’ll be an important part of our Quality team, supporting GMP compliance and Quality Management System (QMS) activities. You’ll collaborate with Qualified Persons (QPs), manufacturing sites, and crossfunctional teams to ensure products meet the highest regulatory and quality standards.
🧩 What You’ll Be Doing
- Reviewing batch records and supporting batch release activities
- Ensuring imported products meet GMP and regulatory requirements
- Supporting onboarding of new products, including documentation and risk assessments
- Providing QA oversight across manufacturing, quality control, and supply chain
- Managing and reviewing deviations, complaints, and investigations
- Supporting audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Contributing to quality system enhancements and staying current with GxP regulations
- Working closely with colleagues across the business to maintain compliance and quality excellence
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Experience or knowledge of GMP / GxP within pharmaceuticals
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Great communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- A willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing team
